DESIGN THE CARDS

CREATE THE LAYOUT OF YOUR BUSINESS CARDS

This lesson will show you how to fill in the blank spaces around the bingo cards with photographs. You can use this area to place advertisements and photographs as you see fit. A project’s first design is free. You can make up to five designs per project, each with its own set of options. The design of a project’s cards is modified, but the cards themselves remain the same.

Here are several card samples with both conventional and optimised designs.

The models are designed to fit on 8.5′′ x 11′′ (215.9 mm x 279.4 mm) paper in the United States. The design spaces differ from one model to the next, depending on the card model you chose while creating your project. To make a new design, go to your project’s row and click the “Design” icon.

OPTIONS FOR DESIGN:

OPTIMIZATION OF SPACE
Check “Yes” to maximise the design area on the cards. This option allows you to put another image to the top of the card while removing the Cyber Bingo logo, title, and QR code. This function will cost you 2 credits.

NUMBER OF CARD IN CORNER
Select “Yes” to see the card numbers in the corners. This feature allows you to keep track of your winning cards and use the “four corners” method to perform a final draw among the winners at the end of your bingo game.

You can change the date and title for each card design using the options “Show the date,” “Event date,” and “Card title.”

To import a picture, go to the design space and find the file you want to use. It’s best if you import images that are the same size or larger than the pixel dimensions given in the import regions.

Click, hold, and drag the rectangle frame to the desired spot. The image that will be saved is visible in the frame; the remainder will be discarded. With the corners of the frame, adjust the size of your image. After you’ve finished tweaking your image, click “Confirm” to import it into the design space.

Carry on with the procedure for each of the design spaces. If you’re not happy with the results, you can change the design spaces as needed by replacing or removing the existing image.

Click “Save the design” once you’ve finished placing your photographs into the card design slots. You won’t be able to change the design once it’s been saved.

If a design space doesn’t have an image or if you don’t save a picture after you import it, a window will popup. To finish your design, click “Cancel” or “Ok” to confirm.

Go to the row of your project and select the “Design” icon to see your designed bingo cards.

Per project, you can create up to 5 different designs. Click “” to the right of the design icon to create a new design.

Click the file icon to see a project’s previous design variants. If you click the design icon at the top of the column, the most recent design will be displayed.
