COME UP WITH YOUR OWN PERSONALIZED BINGO CARDS.

This article will show you how to make bingo cards using Cyber Bingo. There will be no duplicate cards in the same project because the cards will be generated at random. By default, the settings are set to generate normal bingo cards with numbers ranging from 1 to 75 and a free centre.

The initial bingo caller activation, the first design, and the first simulation are all free when you create a new bingo project. After you’ve established a project, you can reuse it instead of creating a new one every time. If you’re going to use virtual cards, start by creating a new project and then clicking “Play” when you’re ready to play. If you’re using printed cards, you can customise the look by importing images. Save the cards as a PDF file and take it to a print shop with you.

FORM A NEW BINGO PROJECT.

Click “New Bingo Project” in the top-right corner of the main page.

SETTINGS FOR THE CARD:

AMOUNT OF CARDS
Select the amount of cards that the application will generate for this game (minimum of 25 cards, maximum of 1000 cards). * The limit of 2000 cards is only for printed cards. The cost of producing 25 cards is 2 credits. Each multiple of 25 cards costs more, up to a maximum of 1000 cards every game (40 credits). NAME OF THE PROJECT
It will assist you sort out your bingo projects if you enter the name of your project. The name will appear on the user account’s main page.

HEADERS OF COLUMNS
Change BINGO to another five-letter word in the column headers.

BINGO OF A CERTAIN KIND
To make bingo cards with numbers in the squares, you’ll need numbers (standard bingo).
Words / Phrases: Make bingo cards with personalised text lines, words, or phrases in the squares. The text lines can be entered in the next step.

RANDOM VALUES NUMBER
Set the number of random values to be spread in the card squares at random. The voice that calls out the numbers can only handle 75 numbers at a time. This number reflects the 75 numbered balls in a bingo cage. It’s as if you adjusted the amount of numbered balls inside the bingo cage by selecting the number of random values. The number of values might range from 25 to 150. Choose 75 for a traditional bingo game (numbers from 1 to 75). Go to the bingo calculator page if you want a more exact definition of the number of values and a better understanding of the variables that influence a bingo.

CASE IN POINT
The card’s centre can be left blank or have a square with the same value as the others.

THE CARDS WILL BE NUMBERED FROM # TO # Enter the number of your project’s initial card. This function enables for the sequential numbering of another pack of cards.

OPTIONS FOR PRINTED CARDS:

LAYOUT FOR PRINTING
Choose one of the five sheet models based on where the card(s) are on the sheet. The grey areas around the cards reflect the locations where you can insert photographs during the card design process. The models’ page arrangement is designed for US Letter size paper (8.5′′ x 11′′). (215.9 mm x 279.4 mm).

TITLE OF CARD
All of the cards will have the title at the top. It can be changed during the design process.

DISPLAY THE DATE
On the virtual cards, the date will not appear. Select a date for your bingo event or turn off the feature. The project’s creation date will be included on the cards by default. If you wish to change the date, use the calendar to do so. During the design process, the date might be changed.

NUMBER OF CARD IN THE CORNERS
This function displays the card number in each of the four corners. When a participant receives a bingo, the organiser tears one of the card’s numbered corners and retains it for the final draw. This way, at the end of the game, he can make a draw among the winners. During the design process, its function can be changed.

FORM YOUR OWN BINGO PROJECT
Click “Create cards” once you’ve completed customising your project options. Click “Create cards and make the design” if you wish to design the cards. It’s worth noting that you’ll be able to customise the cards afterwards.

Go to the row of your project and select the “Cards” icon to see the bingo cards you just made. The top of the project list will display the most recently created or updated project.

WORDS AND PHRASES BINGO
Select “Words / Phrases” under “type of bingo” to create bingo cards with words or phrases in the squares. At “Number of random values,” enter the number of words or phrases in your list. Click “Next step” at the bottom of the page.

Enter the text lines that will display in the squares of your bingo cards on the table. The table is divided into five columns: BINGO, BINGO, BINGO, BINGO, BINGO, B Copy and paste your list from a Word Excel document into the table to avoid losing it and to rapidly import it. According to the input method used, the values entered will be displayed on the table. Once your game has been saved, you will not be able to modify the input method.

METHOD OF ENTRY: BY COLUMNS (DEFAULT SETTING)

The text lines will be distributed into columns if you “copy and paste” them onto the table.

METHOD OF ENTRY: BY ROWS
When you choose the “By rows” input method, a box will display in your browser asking if you wish to exit the site. Click “Leave” to continue.

Copy and paste the text lines into the table, and they’ll be dispersed by rows with columns alternated. This strategy allows for a more even distribution of data by avoiding putting text lines in the same columns in alphabetical order.

Click “Save list and generate cards” when you’re done. To see your cards, navigate to the project’s row and select the “Cards” icon.

You’ll have 12 hours after saving your list to make changes to the values by clicking “Correct the list of values.” Depending on how many cards are in the game, this function costs 2 credits for 25 cards. It’s worth noting that the values in simulation lists created before the change will not be altered.
