Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Q:CAN I USE YOUR PLATFORM TO HOST A BINGO GAME?

You must first make an account using an email address or Facebook. Then you make a bingo project with the required number of bingo cards. If you want to use printed cards, go to your project’s row and choose “Cards.” When you’re ready to begin playing, click “Play” to activate the bingo caller. For virtual cards, the parameters are pre-configured. Players will be able to join your virtual game if you give it a name and a password. Select the option “Set all to print” if you’re utilising printed cards. Activate the caller after selecting the winning patterns for the first game.

Q:HOW DO PLAYERS GET A VIRTUAL CARD AND JOIN A GAME?

At Cyberbingo.com, go to “Join a game” to invite players to your virtual game. They use the Game List Page to look for your game’s name: Page with a Game List

They simply click “Join,” provide their password, and their virtual cards are sent to them. Each web browser can only have one card at a time. Players do not need to check in to receive their cards. When you resume the game, you can choose fresh winning patterns. The cards of the players will be reset, and they will continue to play with the same virtual cards.

Q:CAN I TRY IT OUT FIRST TO SEE IF IT WORKS?

Yes. You’ll get two credits when you sign up. This allows you to construct a bingo project with 25 cards and test out all of the bingo caller’s features. You’ll have two hours to play as many games as you want and change the patterns by choosing “Restart the game.”

Q:WHAT ARE YOUR FREE SERVICES?

The Free Virtual Game is a daily free game with 25 virtual players that you can play. When you establish an account, it will be available every 23 hours: Virtual Game for Free

Our virtual bingo caller, the Free Bingo Caller, is a free version. The official caller differs in that it is not linked to the virtual cards and does not validate the winners. It can be used to create random draws. You may use it as a bingo flashboard and project your draws onto TV/projector displays for players to see: Bingo Caller for Free

The Free Virtual Card is a clickable card that stands alone. If you don’t have any printed cards, you can utilise it and manually validate the squares when a winner is determined: Virtual Card for Free

Q:WHAT IS THE LENGTH OF TIME THE CALLER CAN BE ON THE LINE?

The bingo caller will be active for 2 hours by default when you activate it for a bingo project. Before you activate the caller, you can select more hours at the bottom of the Game Settings page. For up to 48 hours, the fee is one credit per hour.

Q: HOW DO PRINTED AND VIRTUAL CARDS DIFFER?

Any web browser can be used to play virtual cards. Players can only have one card per web browser, and they must use your game password or an access code to participate. The winners will be validated automatically by the caller.

Printed cards are physical cards that are printed on paper and are not linked to the caller in any way. The winning cards will still appear in the winners list, but you’ll have to manually confirm them because the caller can’t validate the legal squares.

In the same game, you can use both virtual and printed cards. In the game options, choose how many virtual cards you want; the rest will be printed.

Q:HOW MUCH DOES HOSTING A BINGO EVENT COST?

You can play as many games as you wish after activating the bingo caller, and each time you restart a new game, you can choose different patterns.

If you wish to play a lot of cards, you can use Google Chrome’s incognito mode. You might have two cards on your iPhone, one with Safari and the other with Chrome.

Q:WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GAMES I CAN PLAY?

You can play as many games as you wish once the bingo caller for a project is activated by clicking “Restart the game.” Every time you resume the game, you can change the winning patterns. Each web browser can only have one card at a time. The players’ cards are reset when the game is restarted, and they continue to play with the same cards.

Q:HOW DO I GET READY TO HOST MY GAME AND CREATE MY CARDS?

To begin, go to your account’s main page and select “New Bingo Project” (top right corner). Select the number of cards you require under “Number of cards,” then adjust the other options as necessary. When you’re finished, click “Create the cards” at the bottom of the page. Your bingo project will be visible on your account’s main page.

Q:HOW DO I START GETTING PLAYERS THEIR VIRTUAL CARDS?

You must first create a bingo project. When you’re ready to use the bingo caller, click “Play” in the row of your project. For the participants to join your game, give it a name and a password. To get a bingo, choose the winning patterns. Click “Activate the caller” when you’re ready to get started.

Q: CAN THE APP MAKE CARDS THAT ARE SIMILAR?

The application looks for cards that are comparable in the same project. Each time a new card is made, the programme compares it to the others already created to ensure that there are no duplicates. Similar cards can, however, be used in many projects.

Q:WHAT IS THE VIRTUAL BINGO CALLER AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

During the game, the virtual bingo caller makes random drawings and plays all of a project’s cards at the same time as the players. As a result, because it is displayed on the organizer’s screen in the “Winning cards” area, the organiser automatically understands if a card is winning. The card will still win on the organiser interface if it has not been distributed or if the player did not follow the game correctly, but no one will claim the bingo in real life.
